Laughter of the day

Hardest decision ever made

Well, these few days have troubled my mind seriously and I just couldn't stop thinking about it. I thank you to my beloved wife for her understanding and full support on me.
We pray to the Lord asking his answer and recently I got what I had prayed for. God indeed has answered my prayer. However, despite the answer which I have, I felt miserable and don't know what to decide then.
This is the hardest decision ever I want to make.

Finally, after hearing advices and words of encouragement, I have made the final decision to go for it and for all. Hope along the way everything is in order and smooth...

Paroimia outcome is awesome!

Yes it is indeed a great show from the youth performance, and I must say it is one of the best presentation ever in FGA. The church has done very well organized and systematic. The friends whom we brought together to the church on Saturday night were thrilled and enjoyed. I thank God for his blessing unto this family.
The crowd were packed and fully seated. We managed to get a good seat and good view to the stage. The introduction before the show was good and hilarious. I really proud of them especially the time they have contributed and commited towards the presentation are just awesome!. And the parents of their children are supportive too. Praise God. God is really great. Therefore, all this youths are our future generation and will be a leader one day for the church and nation because they are full of energetic and enthusiasm. Not forgetting others like sound crew, lighting crew, video crew, ushers, pastors, leaders and those people involved behind the Paroimia are also doing great job! Without these people it ain't work entirely.
Paroimia (
in Greek) means Parable is about the battle between good and evil.

Paroimia

I'll be going to FGA tonight before the 8pm Paroimia presentation starts, to setup video camera for the stage shooting. Paroimia has getting over-whelm turn out for last week and it is going to be crowded with people tonight, Saturday and Sunday. I'm not sure how good is the show but from the comments I heard is indeed a great show.

Thumbs up for Marley & Me

We watched this movie, "Marley & Me" yesterday which I had bought the DVD recently. This movie is about Owen Wilson and Jennifer Aniston have adopted a male labrador and they named it Marley. They have 3 kids right after Marley. We were thrilled and laugh throughout the movie as Marley was so adorable and hyper-active dog. He was naughty, strong, powerful, endless hungry and destructive to the property. He has been called the "world worst dog". However the saddest part was near the end of the movie which Marley was dying due to old age. My eyes was wet when watching this sad part. What I have learned from this movie is that, patience, understanding and compromise are very important in the relationship, when dealing with hardest things in life and raising up children is big responsiblity ever even raising dog as well. I love dog very much and wish to have one in my home...:D. For those dog's lover this movie is great to watch and I would say it is best movie of the year!

Fantastic India Driver

Suddenly a memory came to my mind about the time I was in India for job assignment which was 2 years back. It was my first time to India and the place I went was in Bangalore. The second time around again another job assignment, but this time I had to complete 5 projects in 4 different places in India for 1 month. The places are Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and New Delhi. So I had to fly by plane from one to another.

The only transportation I can took was auto three-wheeler which is their main public transport. So I rode it to the sites and go back to Hotel on everyday! The auto wheeler was very bumpy and unstable. Sometime I just worried whenever the drivers were making sharp turn and the vehicles could just overturn. The reason I post this video from YouTube to share how I exactly experienced the real traffic in India. Amazing right and no accident at all...No one can beat them honestly.
I can tell I am totally amazed by their driving skill, however I am not feeling good for it. I was shocked and scared when on the wheels. You wouldn't know how I felt it until you try it, lol.

I just wonder if this traffic is in Malaysia, I believe many have being run over and killed. Apart seeing the video, I think our Malaysian drivers are not that bad anyway...:)

It rains finally!

Thank God that He has heard my prayer. After the day I wrote it down on the post, it rain at late midnight and with strong winds. I woke up from the bed and saw the plants in the balcony were jiggling because of the strong winds. Then next early morning, the weather was just breeze and mist after the rains...

Unusual weather

Last few days were extremely hot and unusual weather, the moment I got into the car felt just like standing near to burning flame. When back home, the heat can be felt the moment I was about to open the main entrance door. I looked up at the digital clock on the wall, room temperature shown was 29 degree celsius! Usually normal room temperature is about 25. I guess outside must be over than 34 degree celsius. Oh my...I was even sweating just inside the house without do nothing (lol). Just imagine how hot it is.
I wish rain will come these few days.

Hunger for foods!

We should be blessed and thankful for what we can have a nice meal everyday. There are thousands of thousands people dying everyday due to hunger. We should think of those people out there before we want to waste foods just like that. This short clip based on true story.

Express bus accident again!

I am saddened of reading over and over the news about express bus crashed, which recently happened on Tue, 14th Apr (theStar). It is not the first time we hear this news. Based on the investigations reported, the driver and co-driver have eight and six summonses respectively! Six lives have lost and many injured due to the collision, one of them is pregnant woman. Why does our Government has done nothing seriously especially against the bus operator company. My point of view is that the authority should check regularly on the bus company of their quality services rendered and drivers record if any summonses ever issued to them. The government should enforce strict regulations to the bus operating company, to ensure the drivers hired must have valid driving licences and clean record. The company also must play their important roles. However by looking at this case, it is obviously the bus company neither act nothing nor take any action after the drivers who have old summonses record and still allow them to drive on the road. It is very clear to judge that these reckless drivers have bad driving attitudes on the road. At the end of the day, after many lives have lost and injured, then only by blaming each other. This is very pathetic of human attitudes.

I used to drive often to outstation, mostly Penang for job assignment. I have seen many and most of the time the express buses are just faster than my car, even as I drive at 110km/h. I definitely worry for those passengers' safety inside the bus.

Be alert and careful

I just read a post today from Hannah Yeoh blog, that she also personally encountered unexpected thing happened to her this morning. I could not believe it this incident can be happened to her though she is a Subang Jaya State Assemblyman

From her blog: " This morning at about 9:25am, I was driving alone, along
USJ 11/1G and I was driving very slowly because of a road hump and as I looked right, I saw a Chinese man on a motorbike right next to me and he was about to take a weapon from underneath his shirt to attack me. I could not see if it was a pistol, a knife or a hammer and all I could do at that time was to honk continuously. The loud honk caused him to turn away and I sped off, drove straight to the shops nearby and rang Chief Inspector Loi. I was only thinking of the next person he would be after in the neighbourhood and so I rang SJ Alert to notify the residents. I hope his motive was robbery and not something else. I thank God for keeping me safe. Please observe your surroundings at all times and be alert."

I strongly feel that we must pay attention and alert when we are driving, especially those area near the traffic lights, parking bays or simply when stop your car just to buy something in the convenient shop. We must pray to God continuously for his protection and blessing, whether outside or inside the house. Untill today I still see some people keeps their children in the car with the engine running while they go to the shop. How irresponsible act of this parents! Don't they read the news what had already happened?

Easter Shows Us God's Amazing Love

"God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners" (Romans 5:8 NLT).

Everything that Jesus did for you He did out of love. The Bible says that God made you to love you. The only reason you're alive is because you were made to be loved by God.

If God didn't want you alive, your heart would stop instantly; you wouldn't even be breathing right now. God made you and wants you alive so He can love you and so you can love Him back.

God didn't just say He loved you, He showed it. The Bible says, "God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners" (Romans 5:8 NLT). It says while we were still sinners. Before I even knew God, before I even knew I needed God in my life, Jesus died for me.

There's a myth that says I've got to clean up my act before I can come to God. "I've got to get it all together. There are a few things I've got to get right in my life first, and then I'll come to God." No! You come to God with your problems—the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Why do we do this? It's like when we brush our teeth before we go to the dentist to have a teeth cleaning; or when we wash the dishes before we put them in the dishwasher; or when we pick up the house before the maid gets there! Why do we do this?

God says, "No, no! You don't have to clean up your act. Just bring it all to Me. Bring Me all your problems. I have the answer. I have all the answers." You don't wait. Jesus says, "Come as you are."

The Bible says, "He will send down help from heaven to save me because of His love" (Psalm 57:3 LB). That's what Jesus did on Easter. He sent down Himself from heaven to save us because of His love. So you bring your problems to God because He has the answer.

If you don't act on this news then the death of Jesus Christ and His resurrection is wasted for you personally. It makes no difference in your life. You may recognize the gift, but you still have to receive it.

The Bible says, "You will be saved, if you honestly say, 'Jesus is Lord,' and if you believe with all your heart that God raised Him from death. God will accept you and save you, if you truly believe this and tell it to others" (Romans 10:9-10 CEV).

God is not asking you to make a promise you cannot keep. God is asking you to believe a promise that only He can keep.

Life is Great

Left: Wee Lee, Mun Yee, Prema, Winnie, Susan and myself

There are 2 categories; 10km and 30km pacesetters organized by Great Eastern Life where it held in Taman Tasik Perdana. We took the 10km. Believe me or not, I first thought 10km sounds like easy and very short distance only but it wasn't what expected until I finished the race. It was terrible exhausted and tired. Indeed it was fun and challenging race. All of us were really enjoy it through the race even as we knew cannot compare with those pro athletes. Even we didn't win the race, but we finished the race at the finish line. That is the strong enthusiasm we have! You see, all the happy smiling faces with the medal! Good experience...:-)

Cameron Highland Trip

We planned this trip to celebrate my wife's birthday which is on Mar 1, Sunday. It is 3 day 2 night trip. The last trip was way back many years ago when the time with my previous church member (Sanctuary Church). I have done my proper homework before the trip, probably concern which exit to use as there are currently two exit to Cameroon Highland. Basically both exits are fine to use, however at Tapah exit as what I read from internet source and friends comments, the road was pretty winding and narrow. Therefore, I decided to use Simpang Pulai which is a new exit to Cameron and also very near to the Hotel Equatorial.

It took almost 3 hour journey to reach at Brinchang, the highest part of Cameron above the sea level. Indeed the road way up was quite smooth driving. Thank God that I chose the correct direction. I like this kind of road which make me fresh and not to fall asleep. I hate driving on long and straight highway! Many times I almost fall asleep especially when on job assignment to outstation. The air was not that cooling as it was already afternoon. Upon reaching at the Hotel, we checked in and the room given was pretty good as it faced right to the tea plantation hill. Fantastic!

Overall I can say about this trip is just wonderful.
